By registering untruthfully as an athlete or college coach, you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences. This is considered unrightful access to information and we reserve the right to pursue further action. You have not and will not access those files reserved solely for Next Play Productions. You have not and will not solicit other Nextplayconnections.com/Nextplayproductions.com users and/or members. Soliciting registered users of nextplayproductions.com/nextplayconnections.com, either coaches or athletes, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any and all persons or companies soliciting registered users of nextplayproductions.com/nextplayconnections.com. You have not and will not use any of nextplayproductions.com/nextplayconnections.com and Next Play Productions material (logos, graphics, art works, text, articles, database, internet coding, etc) without written permission from us.  Nextplayproductions.com/Nextplayconnections.com and the translated documents provided by us are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from us without the express permission of us.   Nextplayproductions.com/Nextplayconnections.com is not responsible for the actions of those users (both coaches and athletes) who do not abide by NCAA regulations. We are not responsible for coaches and/or athletes who violate NCAA or specific sport governing body rules and regulations. Violators are subject to account termination. We do not promote any violations of NCAA or specific sport governing body rules or regulations. We have the right to terminate membership and usage of any users who we feel have violated our Terms of Use. Only actual collegiate athletic coaches are permitted to register for Nextplayconnections.com/nextplayproductions.com college coach accounts. Members, both coaches and athletes, agree to only post accurate, truthful information in their accounts. We are not responsible for any mis-representation by either an athlete, his or her family, or a coach or school. By registering with nextplayproductions.com/nextplayconnections.com or using our service as a either coach or an athlete you agree to our Terms of Use.

Additional Terms of Use for Specific Services – All above Terms Apply

Athlete/Recruiter Database and Online Video Profiles  You agree that your online profile is posted in our athlete/recruiter database. You understand that you control the visibility of your profile to recruiters by correctly filling out the information within the user profile. We are not responsible for the visibility of your video profile to recruiters through user error or any malfunction of the website capabilities. Nor are we responsible for the recruitment or non-recruitment of the athlete due to the visibility of the video posted to your site.

Team Play and Promote Package You agree to allow Next Play Productions to supply your team coach with a disc with copy of the recruitment video as well as a link list with your personal online profile link so he or she may assist in your recruitment. You agree to provide a request in writing to Next Play Productions on or before the date our filming service begins if you do not want your video supplied to your coach.

Athlete Image You agree that we may use your image in our advertising efforts in print or electronic format.

Athlete Recruitment Next Play Productions is a connection opportunity for athletes and is not responsible for the recruitment or scholarship offers of the colleges they pursue.

Legal Disclaimer  Your access to and continued use of nextplayproductions.com/nextplayconnections.com constitutes your acceptance of all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with these provisions, you should discontinue all use and exit the site immediately. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
